Can AI really help NVQ students learn better?

I’m studying for my NVQ and have started using AI tools when I get stuck with a topic. I don’t want AI to do my work, but I find it useful for explaining hard ideas in simple words. I’m also looking for NVQ assignment help UK students might recommend for extra guidance.

Do you think using AI is a good way to learn, or can it make students too dependent on technology?
